There are no creditors that they will not work with, however, it is acknowledged that some creditors choose not to work with the debt management agency.

How will I be kept appraised of whether you are making my payments on time? Are statements sent? Can I review my statements online?
Each client has online access and the agency will send monthly statements as well. In addition, the creditors should be sending monthly statements, but it is acknowledged that they occassionally forget to do so.

Do you have a refund policy for unsatisfied customers?
There is not a set in stone policy, rather, refunds are handled on an individual case by case basis.
