Payingpaul.com contacted Golden State Debt Management on numerous occassions. On the third call, after leaving several voicemails and not hearing back from anyone, we spoke to a representative who informed us that she was not authorized to release any information. Payingpaul.com asked the representative who would be authorized and we were informed that we would have to speak with a manager, but that the manager would not be interested in something like this. As a result, the representative from the organization would not transfer us to a manager and we have no additional information on the organization at this time.
